This festive season just got cheerier as our Glen of the Downs store had the pleasure of hosting Paul Byrne, founder of The Greystones Guide, just last weekend.

Last weekend Outdoor Living had the pleasure of welcoming Paul Byrne, founder of The Greystones Guide, to our Glen of the Downs store. The Greystones expert was shown around our 75,000 square foot showroom and introduced to our incredible OutdoorLiving.ie staff. With only wonderful things to say, it’s clear Paul was impressed by the wide range of quality outdoor furniture, greenhouses, BBQ’s and more we have to offer, stating “Outdoor Living have a great escape to suit everyone’s space, taste and budget.”

Though Paul didn’t get to witness our outdoor showroom in all its summer sun glory, viewing the showroom in November gave him the opportunity to witness our incredible winter deals. Throughout the festive season, our Glen of the Downs store is host to all things Christmas. From artificial Christmas trees, lights, decorations and more, we have everything you need to deck out your home both inside and out. We now even offer real pine Christmas trees, which our own local expert Eoin got to tell Paul all about!

And the tour didn’t stop there for our wonderful guest. Of course, Paul got the chance to chat to Outdoor Living’s founder, the one and only Mr. Pat Kelly. The two chatted about everything including the shop’s origin and how it grew to achieve a Top 30 Retail Excellence award. You can watch their full conversation here.

Pat’s hard work and entrepreneurial spirit clearly impressed the Greystones expert as upon hearing about the Outdoor Living story and touring the establishment Paul stated how “That this should all be the vision of pretty much one man is remarkable”. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves Paul.
