The Little Glen Max-Play 2.2 Open Treehouse is a large wooden garden play set designed to give children several different ways to play in one structure. With an elevated open treehouse, two swings, climbing wall and 2.2m green slide, it is well suited to families looking for a complete activity centre for the garden.

The play set combines two swing seats, a climbing wall fitted with six climbing stones and a long 220cm slide. Children can climb, swing and slide from the same structure, helping to keep garden play varied and engaging.

At the centre of the set is a raised wooden platform with an open-sided treehouse and pitched roof. The platform provides a dedicated play area above ground level, while the slide offers a quick route back down to the garden.

The Max-Play is built around a substantial wooden frame with additional structural reinforcements. Ground anchors, screws, mounting hardware, assembly tools and instructions are supplied to help with installation and securing the structure in position.

Delivery and Returns Information

Delivery is charged on a per item basis. If you are purchasing multiple products in one transaction you will only be charged one delivery rate. This rate will be calculated on our checkout page. Parcels will be packaged separately where possible to reduce the chance of damage.

We aim to deliver within a few working days if the item is in stock. If for any unforeseen reason an item is out of stock we will call you with similar product options or a revised expected delivery date, or to arrange a refund if necessary. Certain items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If this is the case for your order, you will be informed before delivery.

Deliveries of most large items to Co. Dublin, Co. Meath, Co. Kildare & Co. Wicklow will be done by Outdoor Living drivers. Delivery of smaller items to these areas will be done by Fastway or An Post. Deliveries of large items to the rest of Ireland and to Northern Ireland will be done by Independent couriers. Your delivery method will be confirmed via email or phone before delivery.

If an item is on Pre-Order we will show the date that we expect this item to be back in stock in our warehouse. Our forecasted delivery window will begin from the date that the item is accepted into our Warehouse.

Please note that our delivery drivers will drop deliveries to your door only and are not insured to go through your house or property.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for disposing of all packaging materials, including cardboard, crates and wooden frames, that may be used to keep the product safe and secure during shipping.
