Should you have any queries with your delivery please inform the delivery driver at the time or call us and we will arrange to pick up and give a replacement.
Once the returned goods have been checked at the warehouse, refunds will be issued back to the account from which payment was originally taken.
Your refund will be issued as soon as possible. It usually takes between 3 to 6 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations must be made by phone and confirmed by email the day before deliveryRefunds for cancellations will be credited in the same method used originally when payment was taken. Returned Goods: Please ensure that returned goods are in the same state as they were at the time of purchase, in their original packaging and fit for resale. A restocking and collection charge will apply, minimum charge of €20 depending on the size and location. This will not apply if the goods are returned directly to us.
