Should you have any issues with your delivery please inform the delivery driver at the time, or call us and we will arrange pick up and replacement if required.
Once the returned goods have been checked at the warehouse, refunds will be issued back to the account from which payment was originally taken if requested.
Your refund will be issued as soon as possible. It usually takes between 3 to 6 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you wish to cancel/change an order please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively by phone on 01 287 8404/01 801 8000. Cancellations must be made by phone and confirmed by email.
