Information Regarding Stock Take 2025 - Possible Delivery Delays
When is our stock take happening?
We will be conducting an annual stock take in our third party warehouse from the 8th of September until the 17th of September.
Unfortunately we will not be able to deliver any Outdoor Furniture or Barbecues during this time.
What will NOT be affected?
The following product categories will NOT be affected:
- Outdoor Structures
- Heaters
- Beanbags
- Artificial Grass
- Artificial Trees
- Water features
- Decking
- Furniture Covers
- Christmas Trees
What WILL be affected?
Items in these product categories will be affected by the stock take:
- Outdoor Furniture
- Barbecues
Revised delivery information:
If you order any Garden Furniture or BBQ's on or before Thursday the 4th of September at 2:00pm, we will deliver before Wednesday the 10th of September.
Any orders for the affected items placed after 2:00pm on the 4th of September will be delivered as soon as is possible on or after Wednesday the 17th of September.
