Thermal Insulation and Energy Efficiency
The CasaNova outbuilding is crafted with insulated walls, offering excellent thermal efficiency with a U value of 0.76 W/(m2K) for the side walls. This insulation ensures a comfortable interior environment, making it suitable for year-round use. Additionally, the outbuilding is equipped with a 360° acrylic glass skylight, which can be opened for ventilation and provides ample natural light from all sides.
Robust Construction and Security
Constructed from quality materials including extruded aluminum sections and sandwich elements with a 40 mm polystyrene insulated core, the CasaNova is built to last. The roof and walls made from galvanized, polyamide enamel-coated steel plate ensure high stability and resistance to weather. The sturdy roof construction can support a snow load of up to 215 kg/m² and is storm-proof up to wind force 12, ensuring safety and durability. Additionally, the building features a low threshold for easy access and two roof drains with rainwater downpipes for efficient water management.
Customizable Door and Modern Roof Design
The CasaNova's door can be fitted with the hinge on the left or right, according to preference, and is built for security with a 3-way locking mechanism, stainless steel handle, and cylinder lock. The modern flat roof, with a three-layer plywood ceiling and a UV- and root-resistant EPDM roofing membrane, is slightly sloped for water drainage and can be insulated or greened.
